Dr. Kavita Gupta, DDS
General Dentist
Dr. Gupta opened the Elmhurst Dental Health Center in 2000 and has been a cornerstone in the Elmhurst community promoting oral health ever since.
Dr. Kavita Gupta earned her bachelor of science degree from Northwestern University. She then obtained her DDS from the Northwestern University Dental School. She is a member of the ADA and Illinois Dental Society. Dr. Gupta is passionate about staying up to date with the best practices in dentistry, particularly in cosmetic dentistry and orthodontics. Dr. Gupta's dedication to excellence encapsulates the EDHC motto, "Your Smile... Our Focus!"
Dr. Gupta and her husband are the proud parents of two sons. When not in the office, Dr. Gupta enjoys traveling, cooking, and practicing yoga.
Dr. Jacqueline Buschbach, DMD
General Dentist
Dr. Buschbach provides compassionate care for patients young and old. She prides herself on earning the trust of nervous patients with her gentle techniques.
Dr. Buschbach graduated summa cum laude in Biology and Chemistry at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She earned her dental degree from Case Western Reserve University, where she was Class President, and received the Dean's Scholarship as well as multiple awards in Implant Dentistry, Pediatric Dentistry, and Leadership. She completed her residency as Chief Resident at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Syracuse, NY and has since gained valuable experience in private practices in New York and Minnesota.
Dr. Buschbach lives with her husband, James, and their two children in Elmhurst. They enjoy going for walks together around the neighborhood and staying involved in the local community. Baby #3 is due in Spring 2025!
Dr. Irbad Chowdhury, DMD, AFFAID, FAGD, FICOI
Implant Dentistry
Dr. Chowdhury provides cosmetic implant options for missing teeth to help you smile, speak, and eat with confidence again.
Dr. Chowdhury received his dental degree from the Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine where he also completed his residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry and Implant Fellowship. Dr. Chowdhury specializes in dental implants. His training includes an implant fellowship program which was specific to dental implants. He is one of the very few graduates of this type of program worldwide. He has also developed an expertise in advanced dentistry which has been the focus of his continuing education efforts. After finishing his residency and private practice in Saint Louis, MO, Dr. Chowdhury decided to make his home here in Chicago.
A former faculty and Clinical Professor at Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Chowdhury continues to help serve as a mentor and teaches at Midwestern University Dental School as a clinical instructor.
